Please note: Registration is available from 10:00 to 19:00 during working hours, and key collection is guaranteed from 16:00 to 19:00. Check-in registration and key pick-up take place at Agenzia Acenter, Via Lemene 49, 30028 Bibione (VE). Office hours: 09:00–12:30 and 15:30–19:00. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Beach service is not included. For some apartments in other areas of Bibione, one beach place (1 umbrella + 1 sunbed + 1 sun chair) is included. Extra beach places can be purchased for €81.00 per week. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be added upon request (€10.00 per person per set for each). Pets are allowed with an extra cost of €30.00. Final cleaning is mandatory, and a €100 cash deposit is required. Tourist tax (€1.15 per person per night) is not included and must be paid at check-in (children under 4 years old are exempt). At departure, guests must dispose of all garbage and leave the fridge empty. Late check-in may incur an extra cost of €30.00 (via key locker). Please inform in advance if arriving late. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
